BLOWN-IN & BATTS
ATTICS & CRAWLAPACE
AIR SEALING
R-VALUE TO NC CODE
WRITTEN WARRANTY
WHAT'S INCLUDED
The whole
thermal shell.
Insulation only works if the air
leaks are closed too.
We do both.
ATTIC INSULATION
Blown-in coverage to the depth your code
requires, baffled at the eaves.
REMOVAL & REPLACEMENT
Old, wet or pest-damaged insulation removed
and hauled away.
WALL INSULATION
Batts on new construction, dense-pack
injection on existing walls.
CRAWLSPACE
Floor and rim joist insulation, plus vapor barrier where it's needed.
AIR SEALING
Gaps around ducts, wiring and top plates sealed before insulating.
WHY IT MATTERS
Half your power bill
goes out through
the attic.
A Carolina summer pushes attic temperatures far past what the roof outside is reading. Everything below it — your ducts, your ceilings, your air conditioner — fights that. Under-insulated houses here show the same symptoms: one room that never cools, a system that runs constantly through July, and ice damming on the north side in winter. Insulation is the cheapest fix on that list. It has no moving parts and nothing to service, and it works every hour of every day for as long as the house stands.
MATERIALS & OPTIONS
Pick the profile,
we cut it on site.
MOST COMMON
BLOWN-IN FIBERGLASS
Fills irregular attics evenly and settles very little. The default for existing homes in this area.
NEW CONSTRUCTION
BLOWN-IN FIBERGLASS
Cut to fit between studs and joists on open framing. Fast and cost-effective when walls are still exposed.
ADD-ON
BLOWN-IN FIBERGLASS
Closing the leaks before insulating.
Roughly doubles what the same
insulation actually delivers.
Old insulation has
to go somewhere
INCLUDED WHERE IT APPLIES
Wet, settled or pest-damaged material comes out in sealed in the garage waiting on a hauler.bags and leaves in our own roll-off the same day. No bags
